The Government of India, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) has issued Preliminary Information Memorandum (PIM) covering Global Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) on 25.01.2021 regarding Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd.(NINL) a 1.1 million tonne integrated steel Plant located at Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex, District Jaipur, Odisha, India.

2. The PIM/EOI is available at the website of DIPAM (www.dipam.gov.in), Ministry of Commerce and Industry (www.commerce.gov.in), NINL (www.ninl.in), MMTC (www.mmtclimited.com) and Transaction Adviser, M/S SBICAPS (www.sbicap.com). The last date of submission of EOI is 29th March, 2021.
