Embassy of India has outsourced the Consular services to BLS International Services LLC, Oman for all Consular services including Passport, attestation, visa etc. 

Consular/ Passport/ Visa/ Attestation services are available at BLS Centre located in Al Wattaya, Muscat.  The timings for CPV services at BLS centre is from 07.30 hrs. to 18.30 hrs.
