H. E. Indra Mani Pandey, Ambassador of India to the Sultanate of Oman, was invited as Chief Guest on 12th April 2018, to the inauguration of “Glimpses of Mind” Paintings and Sculpture Exhibition in Oman Avenue Mall, which was organized by 'Mind Muscat'- a group of Indian Artists.
