My Life – My Yoga Video Blogging Contest
To celebrate of the 6th International Day of Yoga (IDY) on 21st June 2020, the Ministry of AYUSH and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) is organizing ‘My Life – My Yoga ( also called “Jeevan Yoga”) Video Blogging Contest.’
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, no mass gathering would be held this year. Hence, this year the Ministry is encouraging the people to practice Yoga at their homes, with participation from the entire family.
Brief guidelines for this competition is placed below:
- Video should not be more than 3 mins (Twitter 2:20 mins)
- Must use Country specific hashtag #MyLifeMyYogaOman
- Last date of participation – 21 June 2020
- To ensure participation, videos can be uploaded on any of the below platforms…
- mylifemyyoga2020.com,
- https://www.mygov.in/task/my-life-my-yoga or
- Upload your video on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter handles and must tag Ministry of AYUSH page(Facebook - [at]moayush; Instagram - [at]ministryofayush; Twitter - [at]moayush) and Embassy of India, Muscat page (Facebook - [at]IndiaInOman; Instagram - [at]indemb_muscat; Twitter - [at]indemb_muscat).
- Three types of categories under Female and Male.
- Participants shall not disclose their personal identity within the video created (name, caste, country etc.).
