Indian nationals with grievances related to salary dues, non-payment of wages, medical treatment, leave, boarding & lodging, harassment, over time and  other labour disputes, as well as issues pertaining to court and police cases  can approach  Community Welfare Wing of the Embassy. They can either visit the Embassy in person , or contact via telephone, email or other social media platforms..

Embassy conducts an Open House on every third Friday of the month in hybrid mode, where Indian nationals with their issues and concerns can meet and interact with Ambassador in person or virtually without prior appointment. Community Welfare and Consular officials are also present in the Open House where the aggrieved can register/seek redressal of their grievances.
